Refund policy
At EM Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality fragrance products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
